About the Firm
I bring over 27 years of U.S. Government experience as both a Justice Department lawyer and Foreign Service Officer, giving me an insider's perspective on how the federal government and its immigration system really works. As a consular officer in Beijing, I personally adjudicated over 15,000 visas, including skilled worker visas (H1B, L, O, P, R), student visas (F), and exchange program visas (J).
As a first-generation American, I understand your hopes and dreams on a personal level. Many clients want to reunite with family, others seek to bring their talents to strengthen the U.S. economy, and some are escaping persecution or conflict. Everyone's story is different, and my commitment is to help you understand your options and stand alongside you through every step of the process.
I came to the U.S. as a teenager and was the first in my family to graduate from high school, college, and then law school. I have experienced the American dream, and now I want to help you do the same.
I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). In addition to English and legalese, in which I am fluent, I also speak French and Mandarin Chinese.
